4-H Livestock Auction

Stop by the Calvert County Fairgrounds, 4-H Livestock Barn

on Saturday, OCTOBER 1ST at 6:00 PM (Buyer Registration 5:00)

for an evening of fun and excitement

* Buy a market goat, lamb, hog or steer for the freshest, top quality meat available.

* Donate the animal and the proceeds go to help support your local 4-H.

* Bid with family or friends to split the cost of an animal.

* Add to your own livestock collection on your farm.

* Have the animal sent to market and receive the sale proceeds (You are the farmer).

* 4-H volunteers and members do all of the work. All you have to do is bid on an animal.

* A delicious pot-luck dinner is provided for the buyers after the auction.
