Rules and Regulations for Handspun 1. Entries must be submitted in the name of the spinner and spun within the last year or in the case of handspun articles, completed since last years fair. 2. Skeins should be at least 2 oz. in weight (exceptions stated) have a circumference of 1 1/2 to 2 yards, and be tied in at least three places. They should also be washed and blocked. 3. Articles made from handspun yarns must be constructed by the spinner, be made entirely of yarn spun by that person 4. Identify all fibers and breeds when possible.
